Hyland has introduced a new global partner program designed to streamline collaboration and support the adoption of AI-enabled enterprise processes.

Hyland has announced the launch of its new Global Partner Network, a program designed to unify its worldwide partner ecosystem and simplify collaboration between partners and the company. The initiative is also intended to help organizations deploy intelligent and increasingly autonomous business processes powered by artificial intelligence.

The program reflects the growing importance of content intelligence, AI-powered applications, and cloud-based platforms within enterprises. As organizations seek to modernize workflows and automate operations, partners play an important role in implementing and integrating these technologies.

According to Hyland, the program has been fundamentally redesigned to align with current market requirements. It is built around modern SaaS and cloud business models and aims to support the development of so-called agentic enterprises, where intelligent systems can autonomously execute tasks, assist decision-making, and manage processes.

A key element of the new network is the consolidation of previously regional structures into a single global framework. Standardized terminology, processes, and service models are intended to improve cross-border collaboration and increase transparency throughout the ecosystem.

The program also introduces flexible participation models that accommodate different partner strategies. Organizations can gradually expand their role within the ecosystem and adapt to changing market demands.

Additional components include performance-based partner tiers and a new Partner Relationship Management platform that provides visibility into sales opportunities, joint projects, and performance metrics.

Hyland also plans to implement consistent governance structures and policies worldwide to standardize go-to-market processes and improve collaboration.

The company states that reducing complexity, increasing transparency, supporting long-term cooperation, and enabling scalability were guiding principles in the program’s development. These principles are intended to shape training, enablement programs, joint planning, co-selling activities, and customer success initiatives.

In addition to organizational changes, Hyland is introducing a new partner economics model. Compensation will increasingly be tied to long-term outcomes such as registered deals, revenue growth, and customer acquisition rather than individual transactions.

The launch comes as organizations transition from traditional workflows to intelligent, data-driven operations. Hyland views partners as a critical link between technological innovation and business outcomes and positions the Global Partner Network as a foundation for the next phase of intelligent enterprise processes.
