Cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike is picking up the pace: With the Jet app, sales partners can now register deals in under 30 seconds, transfer commissions directly to their digital wallet, and manage the entire sales process from their smartphone. A move that could fundamentally transform the partner ecosystem.

Somewhere between the third tool login of the day and the fifth follow-up email, sales momentum gets lost. Anyone who works in channel sales knows this. CrowdStrike now wants to solve this problem with an app — and while that may sound unremarkable at first, it’s actually a pretty radical idea in practice.

Jet is the new mobile application that the cybersecurity specialist is now making available to its sales partners. Available in the Apple App Store and on Google Play, the app is exclusively for CrowdStrike ecosystem partners — by invitation only. The core concept: what previously required multiple systems, manual workflows, and time-consuming coordination rounds can now be accomplished in seconds.

Under 30 Seconds to Deal Registration

Jet’s core promise is simple but ambitious: partners should be able to register a new sales opportunity in less than 30 seconds. Deal protection and incentive applications that previously required multi-step processes are reduced to just a few taps. Anyone who has watched a potential deal get bogged down in bureaucracy understands why this can be a genuine competitive advantage.

But Jet goes beyond mere deal capture. The app consolidates deal tracking, enablement resources, support functions, and real-time notifications into a single interface. Partners maintain visibility into their pipeline, access training content, and communicate with CrowdStrike teams — without switching between different systems. That may sound like a given, but in the complex partner ecosystem of a global security vendor, it’s anything but trivial.

CrowdCard: Commissions Directly to Your Wallet

One particularly unusual feature is CrowdCard: through this function, partners can convert their commissions into cash immediately after closing a deal. The money lands on a reloadable card or — and this is the modern twist — directly in digital wallets like Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. From virtual inbox to digital wallet, without detours through billing cycles that can take weeks. For partners who work heavily through marketplace structures, this could be a real motivational boost.

“Speed is everything — in cybersecurity and in closing deals,” says Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike. “With Jet, we’re integrating CrowdStrike into our partners’ workflows. They can seize opportunities immediately, accelerate deals, and benefit right away.” Bernard captures the true goal behind Jet: not just to build an app, but to weave CrowdStrike more deeply into the daily sales life of its partners.

From the Field: What Partners Expect

Jim Finn, Vice President of Cybersecurity Sales at Presidio — one of the prominent CrowdStrike partners — has already tested the app in practice and is enthusiastic. For him, what’s particularly relevant is that CrowdStrike has integrated marketplace insights and documentation directly into Jet. “This level of speed, transparency, and alignment fundamentally changes how we engage customers and build our pipeline,” Finn says. This is more than marketing speak: Presidio handles a significant portion of its business through marketplace structures, which is why direct integration of this data into the mobile workflow genuinely saves time and resources.

Why Now, Why Mobile?

The question that arises: why now? Partner portals and channel management tools have existed for years. The answer likely lies in a combination of market dynamics and internal ambition. CrowdStrike emphasizes that its partner ecosystem plays a central role in the company’s growth. Jet is therefore not a nice add-on feature, but a strategic investment in the loyalty and productivity of the partner community.

Mobile-first is no coincidence. Sales teams have long since stopped working exclusively at a desk. Trade shows, customer visits, spontaneous conversations — the moments when a deal is born are rarely connected to an open laptop. Enabling a deal registration in under 30 seconds from a smartphone in these contexts removes friction from the process that previously often led — often unconsciously — to opportunities not being captured at all, or being captured too late.

About CrowdStrike

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) is one of the world’s leading cybersecurity companies. The cloud-native Falcon® platform protects endpoints, cloud workloads, identities, and data — powered by AI and real-time threat intelligence. The company is known for its single-agent approach, enabling fast deployment with high protection. Company motto: We stop breaches.

Whether Jet truly revolutionizes the partner ecosystem as CrowdStrike promises remains to be seen in practice. The idea behind it — reducing friction, increasing speed, making rewards immediately payable — is nonetheless thought through to its logical conclusion. And in a market where seconds can determine whether deals close, that’s not a bad starting point.
