PagerDuty, Inc. has appointed Arnaud Lagarde as Vice President of EMEA. The experienced executive will drive the company’s growth in the region and support customers in addressing digital challenges.
PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE: PD), a provider of incident management solutions, has appointed Arnaud Lagarde as Vice President of EMEA. The appointment was announced on July 13, 2026. Lagarde will lead operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and is tasked with driving business expansion in the region.
Todd McNabb, Chief Revenue Officer at PagerDuty, highlighted in the announcement Lagarde’s extensive experience in enterprise sales as well as his expertise in developing regional teams and go-to-market strategies. Lagarde brings more than 20 years of professional experience, including stints at Automation Anywhere, CA Technologies, and BMC. In these roles, he has worked closely with founders, investors, and executives to achieve product-market fit and build revenue organizations.
“PagerDuty has significant growth potential in the EMEA region, particularly in the context of AI-powered digital operations,” Arnaud Lagarde is quoted as saying. With his expertise in scaling AI in regulated and mission-critical environments, he aims to help customers increase operational efficiency, strengthen teams, and expand partnerships.
Lagarde holds a Master of Arts in Business Studies from ESIC ESSICA Bordeaux and a degree in Business Studies from the IUT de Bordeaux.
PagerDuty positions itself as a provider of a platform that supports the entire incident management lifecycle—from detection to resolution. The company is used by a large number of Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Lagarde’s appointment underscores the strategic importance of the EMEA region for PagerDuty and could lead to an increased presence and an expansion of the customer base in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
