Cohesity has appointed Seb Fitzjohn as Vice President Partner Channel Sales and GTM Europe. In this role, Fitzjohn will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy for partners and sales channels in Europe. The aim is to support growth through the Cohesity Aspire Partner Program.
The appointment comes at a time when companies are placing greater emphasis on data security, data resilience, and compliance with data sovereignty regulations. Fitzjohn reports directly to Olivier Savornin, Group Vice President of Sales Europe at Cohesity. His responsibilities include developing existing partnerships and building new go-to-market programs to help customers address challenges in cyber resilience.
“The appointment of Seb Fitzjohn shows that we continue to invest in qualified leaders,” Olivier Savornin is quoted as saying. “His experience and track record will drive our business forward and promote growth for Cohesity and our partners in Europe.”
Fitzjohn brings approximately 20 years of experience in international sales, channel management, and go-to-market strategies. Most recently, he spent seven years at ServiceNow, first as Vice President of the EMEA Partner Organization and then as Group Vice President of Sales for Northern Europe. His move coincides with the recently announced strategic partnership between Cohesity and ServiceNow, which focuses on real-time recovery and resilience for AI-powered systems.
“With the increasing adoption of AI, companies need confidence that they can protect, secure, and recover their data,” said Seb Fitzjohn. “I look forward to working with our partners and the Cohesity team to further expand sales and delivery capabilities in Europe.”
