CONVOTIS: Lopez CEO

José Lopez tritt damit die Nachfolge von Professor Andreas Kiefer an, dem großer Dank für seine langjährige Führungsarbeit und seinen prägenden Beitrag zur Entwicklung des Unternehmens gilt. Unter seiner Verantwortung hat sich CONVOTIS entscheidend weiterentwickelt und eine führende Position im europäischen IT-Markt eingenommen. Andreas Kiefer bleibt der CONVOTIS erhalten und wird künftig im Beirat tätig sein.

Gemeinsam mit Lars Heymeier (COO) und Christina Nagel (CFO) bildet José Lopez die neue Geschäftsleitung der Gruppe. Dieses Führungstrio steht für Kontinuität, internationale Ausrichtung und konsequente Wachstumsorientierung. Ziel ist es, die erfolgreiche Entwicklung der letzten Jahre fortzuführen, die Marktposition der Gruppe international weiter zu stärken und neue Chancen in dynamischen Technologiemärkten zu nutzen.

Henri Schmidt (HR & Finance Industry Practice) und Emil Pall (Human Resources) arbeiten neu als Group Executives eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen. Mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung und ihrem tiefen Fachwissen sichern sie die Kontinuität, Weiterentwicklung und nachhaltige Zukunft unserer Unternehmensgruppe.

Im Zuge dieser internationalen Neuausrichtung übergibt José Lopez die Leitung der Schweizer Landesgesellschaft an Vito Critti, bisheriger CSO der CONVOTIS Schweiz, der neu die Position des CEO der CONVOTIS Schweiz AG übernimmt. Zusammen mit Roger Rhyner (COO), Jiri Lundak (CTO), Benjamin Kohler (CIO) und Erika Heuberger (CHRO) stellt er die neue Geschäftsleitung der CONOVTIS Schweiz.

Lopez succeeds Professor Andreas Kiefer, who is thanked for his many years of leadership and significant contributions to the company’s development. Under Kiefer’s leadership, CONVOTIS evolved significantly and took a leading position in the European IT market. Kiefer will remain with CONVOTIS and serve on the advisory board.

Together with Lars Heymeier (COO) and Christina Nagel (CFO), José López forms the new group management team. This leadership trio represents continuity, an international focus, and consistent growth. The goal is to continue the company’s successful development of recent years, strengthen its international market position, and seize new opportunities in dynamic technology markets.

As part of the company’s international realignment, José Lopez is handing over management of the Swiss subsidiary to Vito Critti. Critti, the former CSO of CONVOTIS Switzerland, will now serve as CEO of CONVOTIS Switzerland AG. He will join Roger Rhyner (COO), Jiri Lundak (CTO), Benjamin Kohler (CIO), and Erika Heuberger (CHRO) to form the new management team of CONVOTIS Switzerland.
