Copenhagen-based cybersecurity company Guardsix has announced the acquisition of log management specialist Logmanager. Through this transaction, Guardsix expands its presence in Czechia and Slovakia and integrates a solution designed for small and mid-market organizations into its platform.

Guardsix, headquartered in Copenhagen, has completed the acquisition of software provider Logmanager. Logmanager specializes in log management solutions, primarily serving small and mid-market organizations in Czechia and Slovakia. The company provides technology that enables the operation of log management systems without specialized staff. This addresses a common barrier to IT security adoption across the region.

Founded in 2014, Logmanager employs a team of over 30 people across Prague and Brno. The company currently serves approximately 400 customers across Central Eastern Europe and Japan. In addition to its software platform, Logmanager brings an established partner network into the Guardsix group.

Guardsix, formerly known as Logpoint, provides a security operations platform combining SIEM, NDR, SOAR, and fleet management capabilities. The platform is designed for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and regulated organizations aiming to achieve audit readiness and threat detection. The company holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation report.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. According to executives from both companies, the acquisition aims to extend the reach of Logmanager’s log management capabilities. Logmanager will continue to operate under its current brand and team during the integration period. All existing customer contracts and service agreements remain in place.
