Before joining Commvault, she served as Area Vice President and Country Manager Germany at BMC Software. In that position, she worked closely with customers and partners on automation and mainframe modernization initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Evernex, Plusserver, and Bechtle. Her experience in channel-driven business environments is expected to play a significant role as Commvault continues to strengthen its ecosystem of partners across the region.
In her first public statement following the appointment, Glenz emphasized the importance of cyber resilience for organizations operating in the DACH market. Businesses must be able to maintain operations despite cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or other disruptions.
