On May 5, ADN will bring the DACH channel together at the Transformation Day 2026 in the Congress Center Ost in Essen to discuss key developments in Cloud, AI, Security, and Modern Work. From strategic insights to technical deep dives, participants will receive a compact overview of technologies, business models, and best practices that shape their daily work and future growth.

Keynote, Strategy, Latest Technology, AI, and Real-World Examples: Program Overview The day-long event will open with a keynote by ADN Managing Director Hermann Ramacher. He will address the structural changes in the channel, new business fields, and opportunities. He will take a visionary look at accelerated innovation cycles, the growing importance of AI, and the changing role of distribution, IT service providers, and MSPs.

Following the keynote, attendees are invited to lectures, sessions, deep dives, and use cases in the Azure Lab, the Expo, or the Microsoft Zone. The topics range from AI-powered services and modern cloud architectures to new security and compliance requirements.

Throughout the day, well-known industry experts will share their knowledge, including Markus Widl and Thomas Sigmund from Microsoft Germany. In their session “Transform while you perform,” they will explain how partners can integrate AI processes into existing business models and respond to changing customer expectations. Dr. Yvonne Bernard, CTO at Hornetsecurity, will provide insights into the evolution of classic and AI-supported attack methods and their impact on MSP security services in “Between Phishing and Prompt Injection.” From a business perspective, Damian Bienek, Laura Völker, and Daniel Zyla (all ADN) will demonstrate in “Azure as a Business Engine” how partners can use Azure services such as AVD for scalable managed service models. Lars Öhl (ADN) will deliver practical insights into Zero Trust implementations with a complete end-to-end example. Cassandra Koebcke and Almir Hasanbegovic (ADN) will outline the use cases for Microsoft 365 Copilot and the associated governance requirements. Targeted roundtables with Commvault, GFI Software, and Omnissa will provide space for in-depth discussions on concrete solutions.

ADN on Air – Live for the First Time On Site A special highlight is the on-site broadcast of the livestream format ADN on Air, which has previously only been online. Moderators Thomas Kwasnitza and Alexander Eggers will lead live discussions on current Microsoft topics and enable direct dialog with the audience for the first time. Instead of collecting questions via chat as usual online, questions and impulses can flow directly into the discussion, adding extra dynamism to the format.
