Exclusive Networks Germany Bolsters Leadership Team: Christian Milde Named Commercial Director
Exclusive Networks Germany has filled a key leadership role: Seasoned cybersecurity executive Christian Milde takes over as Commercial Director effective immediately, tasked with driving sales growth and expanding the company’s partner business.
With more than 25 years of experience in international cybersecurity and channel environments, Christian Milde brings a broad skill set to his new role at Exclusive Networks Germany. The globally active cybersecurity specialist is reinforcing its management team with the appointment, sending a clear signal of growth ambitions in the German market.
Effective immediately, Milde will oversee the strategic development of sales and partner business in Germany, reporting directly to Helge Scherff, General Manager of Exclusive Networks Germany and Regional Vice President for the Central Region.
Milde brings an impressive track record in the cybersecurity industry to his new position. Over more than two decades, he has held a range of senior roles in international organizations: at Kaspersky, he served as General Manager Central Europe, where he spearheaded growth in the enterprise, SaaS, and services business. He was also instrumental in building out cybersecurity companies Eye Security GmbH and Code Blue GmbH across the DACH region — covering go-to-market strategy, organizational development, and the creation of effective sales and partner structures.
At Exclusive Networks, Milde will concentrate on expanding the partner ecosystem and sharpening the company’s strategic market positioning. His approach rests on three pillars: a clear go-to-market strategy, a robust channel ecosystem, and an organization committed to supporting customers and partners over the long term.
In announcing the appointment, Helge Scherff noted that Milde’s extensive experience building and leading international sales organizations, as well as developing successful partner structures, would be a key asset in advancing the company’s strategic direction in the German market.
