| Hewlett Packard Enterprise will Athonet übernehmen, wahrscheinlich zu Beginn des dritten Quartals des HPE-Geschäftsjahres 2023, vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der Aufsichtsbehörden und anderer üblicher Abschlussbedingungen.
