| Mit dem neuen AI-Lab in Berlin will die coeo Group GmbH aus Dormagen die Zukunft des Inkassos neu gestalten. Das neue AI-Lab wird als Kompetenzzentrum und Inkubator dienen, in dem fortschrittliche AI-Module entwickelt und implementiert werden, um nicht nur die Effizienz und Produktivität von Inkassoprozessen weiter zu steigern, sondern auch um nahezu alle Geschäftsbereiche zu optimieren, eine innovativere Arbeitsumgebung für die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter zu schaffen und einen deutlich verbesserten Kundenservice zu bieten. Berlin wurde bewusst als Standort für das AI-Lab gewählt, da die Stadt als einer der führenden Technologiestandorte Europas gilt.
