Ein Schwerpunkt des Centre of Excellence wird darin bestehen, Pax8-Partner mit modernsten Tools und Strategien auszustatten, damit sie den Veränderungen in der Branche immer einen Schritt voraus sind. Pax8 wird seine Partner bei der Entwicklung eigener KI-Agentenlösungen unterstützen, die auf ihre Bedürfnisse und die ihrer Kund:innen zugeschnitten sind. Auch die Nutzung von KI für die Automatisierung und Kundeninteraktion liegt im Fokus.

Pax8 opened its new EMEA Center of Excellence on February 3rd. A new and carefully curated team has been created to drive the initiative, with Pax8 visionary Phylip Morgan taking on the position of Senior Vice President (SVP) Marketplace and Channel Expansion, alongside Kevin MacDonald as Vice President (VP) of Strategic Partnership and Eric Mink as VP of AI Adoption.

The EMEA Centre of Excellence is a pivotal step in Pax8 dedicating more resources to enable its partners further to thrive in a transforming technological landscape. Pax8 will lead the charge in the evolving AI Agent revolution as businesses re-evaluate how they operate and interact with technology. With this robust knowledge hub of thought leadership, training and collaboration in an ever-changing digital environment, Pax8 aims to empower its partners to embrace these technologies and navigate new strategies in the digital market.
