Unsere Lösung kann helfen, sie zum Erfolg zu führen und erfasst viel mehr Datenquellen für den gesamten Lebenszyklus von der Beschaffung im SAP-System bis zur Außerbetriebnahme.

Ein großes Problem für die Bestandsführung sind Telefone und Handys, die ständig verloren gehen oder übersehen werden. Wir können auch sie aufspüren und inventarisieren. ServiceNow hat unseren Mehrwert erkannt, und wir führen Gespräche“, sagt Moreau.

Der Preis ist Verhandlungssache und liegt zwischen 1 und 10 Euro pro CI. Auf der Roadmap steht die Integration der KI mit einem Chatbot, so dass ein CIO während einer Vorstandssitzung in Echtzeit Details zu seinem Inventar abfragen kann.

The Luxembourg-based company has already successfully implemented two projects in Switzerland and is now looking for partners in German-speaking countries. „ServiceNow projects often get stuck and cause real headaches. Our solution can help make them a success and capture many more data sources for the entire lifecycle, from procurement in the SAP system to decommissioning.

A big problem with inventory management is that phones and cell phones are constantly being lost or overlooked. We can also track and inventory them. ServiceNow has recognized our added value and we are in talks,“ says Moreau.

The price is negotiable and ranges from 1 to 10 euros per CI. The roadmap includes integrating the AI with a chatbot so that a CIO can ask for inventory details in real time during a board meeting.
