| Über 130.000 Fälle von Cyberkriminalität gab es 2022. Dabei stiegen insbesondere Angriffe aus dem Ausland um 6 %, so der jüngst veröffentlichte Bundeslagebericht Cybercrime 2022 des BKA. Sicherheit in der IT ist also nach wie vor ein brandheißes Thema. Daher vermitteln Experten von ADN und Microsoft im Rahmen der neuen CSP Week an vier Tagen geballtes Wissen zu IT Security. Die Online-Veranstaltung findet vom 21. bis 24. November 2023 auf der kostenfreien Trainings-Plattform Cloud Champion statt. Inhaltlich ist alles rund um das Themenfeld Microsoft Security abgedeckt. Darüber hinaus geht es um neue Vertriebschancen für Reseller im Zusammenhang mit dem Microsoft Produktportfolio, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Azure Virtual Desktop und Microsoft Teams.
Den Auftakt macht eine Key-Note von Heiko Lossau, Head of Business Unit Microsoft bei ADN und Oliver Niehus, Principal Security Architect Lead bei Microsoft Deutschland, in der die Relevanz von Microsoft Security unter Gesichtspunkten der aktuellen Sicherheitslage beleuchtet wird. Die beiden erläutern, warum Cyber-Security längst nicht mehr nur optional, sondern nach dem Leitsatz „Security First“ zu den Grundvoraussetzungen eines jeden Unternehmens gehören muss. Neben technischen Vorträgen zur Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop oder Teams, mit einem Deep Dive ins Sizing und Pricing von AVD, erhalten die Teilnehmer während der CSP-Week auch wertvolle Einblicke in zusätzliche Vertriebsmöglichkeiten. Einer der Schwerpunkte der Veranstaltungsreihe liegt auf der Microsoft Defender Familie, der umfassenden Endpoint-Sicherheitslösung von Microsoft, die Unternehmen mit ausgereifter Bedrohungserkennung und -abwehr, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) sowie automatisierter Untersuchung und Abwehr vor Bedrohungen schützt. ADN Experten geben unter anderem eine Einführung in die Einrichtung von Microsoft Defender for Endpoint und weisen auf mögliche Stolpersteine hin bzw. darauf, wie sie mithilfe von ADN umgangen werden können. Natürlich kommt auch das Top-Thema Microsoft und KI nicht zu kurz. Daher beantwortet Sophia Cullen, KI-Spezialistin von Microsoft, in ihrer Session die Frage: „Welche Copiloten gibt es eigentlich und wie kann ein praktischer Use Case aussehen?“. Einen weiteren Themenschwerpunkt bildet M365 Business Premium. Hier zeigt ADN auf, wie Reseller dessen volles Potenzial bei ihren Kunden ausschöpfen können. Auch der Vortrag „Wie sichere ich meinen Tenant ab“ und Workshops zu NoSpamProxy oder Microsoft Defender stellen in den Fokus, wie Reseller ihre Kunden mithilfe dieser Lösungen nicht nur besser absichern, sondern auch ihr Geschäft mit Security-Angeboten ausbauen können. Zusätzlich stellt das UCC-Team der ADN die Teams-Telefonie-Software Luware vor. Darüber hinaus gibt es noch eine nützliche Einführung in den ADN Cloud Marketplace. So security in IT is still a red-hot topic. This is why experts from ADN and Microsoft will be imparting concentrated knowledge on IT security over four days as part of the new CSP Week. The online event will take place from 21 to 24 November 2023 on the free Cloud Champion training platform. The content covers everything to do with Microsoft Security. In addition, new sales opportunities for resellers in connection with the Microsoft product portfolio will be discussed, especially with regard to Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Teams.

The two will explain why cyber security has long since ceased to be optional and must now be one of the basic requirements of every company according to the guiding principle „Security First“. In addition to technical presentations on setting up and configuring Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop or Teams, with a deep dive into AVD sizing and pricing, attendees will also gain valuable insights into additional sales opportunities during CSP Week. One of the main focuses of the event series will be on the Microsoft Defender family, Microsoft’s comprehensive endpoint security solution that protects organizations from threats with sophisticated threat detection and defense, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and automated investigation and mitigation. ADN experts will provide, among other things, an introduction to setting up Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and point out potential stumbling blocks or how they can be circumvented with the help of ADN. Of course, Microsoft and AI are also a hot topic. Sophia Cullen, AI specialist at Microsoft, will answer the question: „What copilots are there and what can a practical use case look like? Another key topic is M365 Business Premium. Here, ADN shows how resellers can exploit its full potential with their customers. The presentation „How do I secure my tenant?“ and workshops on NoSpamProxy or Microsoft Defender will also focus on how resellers can not only better secure their customers with the help of these solutions, but also expand their business with security offerings. In addition, ADN’s UCC team will present the Teams telephony software Luware. There will also be a useful introduction to the ADN Cloud Marketplace. CSP Week will take place from November 21-24.
