UTAX has extended its collaboration with winwin Office Network AG by seven years.

Document specialist UTAX and winwin Office Network AG have extended their existing contract until 2033. The partners plan to grow their sales and service activities in printing, copying, and IT solutions and cite the growing trust and close understanding of the needs of German midsize businesses as the reason for their collaboration.

Both parties consider the agreement an important step to securing their long-term position in the IT and office communication market and implementing joint growth plans. The collaboration between UTAX and winwin has been ongoing for around 15 years. Another milestone was reached in February 2026 when the agreement was formally extended. This emphasizes the partners’ close bond, mutual appreciation, and shared understanding of the peculiarities of the German market.

During the regular manufacturer meetings at the beginning of 2025, it became apparent that both parties wanted to continue the partnership. According to its own statements, the partnership with UTAX is a central component of winwin Office Network AG’s growth and value creation strategy. The organization operates nationwide as a network of medium-sized companies in office communication and IT and sees long-term orientation as the foundation for reliably planning its services.

Winwin Office Network AG currently includes more than 90 member companies in Germany. Within this structure, the organization manages around 200,000 printing and copying system locations and relies on its own service network of approximately 700 technicians. Through this network, customers across the country are provided with IT and office communication solutions, including systems and services from UTAX.

UTAX, a registered trademark of TA Triumph-Adler GmbH based in Hamburg, specializes in distributing printing and multifunction systems through specialized trade. Its portfolio includes hardware, IT solutions, and services related to document-intensive business processes. UTAX collaborates with more than 200 authorized dealers in Germany. The partnership with winwin allows these offerings to be bundled into a nationwide organized specialist trade and service network.

Both partners emphasize that they have implemented numerous joint projects and developed sales and service structures over the past few years. The extension of the agreement is intended to further develop this foundation specifically and leverage synergies between the specialized trade, organization, and manufacturer. The goal is to continue providing German companies with tailored solutions for their document and IT infrastructures and to expand collaboration consistently in the coming years.
