| Digitales Identitätsmanagement macht Fortschritte dank der gemeinnützigen Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF): Als erste europäische vLEI-Vergabestelle (verifiable Legal Entity Identifier) kann NordvLEI ab sofort vLEI-Zertifikate für digitale Identitäten ausstellen. vLEI ist eine digitale, kryptografisch verschlüsselte Version des interoperablen, nicht-kommerziellen, globalen ISO-Standards LEI. Mit dem vLEI können Unternehmen unbestreitbare Identifikationsdaten über ihren Rechtsstatus, ihre Eigentümerstruktur und ihre bevollmächtigten Vertreter für eine Vielzahl digitaler Aktivitäten nutzen. Dazu gehören die Genehmigung von Geschäftstransaktionen und Verträgen, einschließlich der Aufnahme von Kunden, Transaktionen innerhalb von Import-/Exportnetzwerken und Lieferkettennetzwerken sowie die Einreichung von gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Dokumenten und Berichten. With the vLEI, companies can use indisputable identification data about their legal status, ownership structure, and authorized representatives for a variety of digital activities. These include approving business transactions and contracts, including customer onboarding, transactions within import/export networks and supply chain networks, and filing legally required documents and reports. With instant and automated identity verification using the vLEI, companies know with certainty who they are doing business with.
