Prof. Dr. Gustavo Möller-Hergt, CEO of ALSO Holding, has undeniably succeeded in making his mark on the industry. Now, after twelve years, he will hand over operational responsibility to younger hands at the end of April 2024. He will continue to be available as Chairman of the Board of Directors beyond that date. „For the next decade, the company is well positioned to exploit the potential of the market and exceed the results of recent years. We have the fundamentals in place to do so, and the employees, with excellent candidates in their ranks to succeed us,“ Möller-Hergt said. Since 2011, the management team has – more than tripled EBITDA, – increased ROCE to over 20 percent, – increased market capitalization almost fivefold and – raised the dividend from CHF 0.70 to CHF 4.60. The development and implementation of the strategy with – the expansion of the Cloud business to over €700 million, – the expansion of the Solutions business to over €3.5 billion, – acquisitions and their integration (Buy&Build), – high investment in expanding system leadership in IT, and – transparency across the entire business system through business intelligence contributed to these results. Gustavo Möller-Hergt will also remain Chairman of the Board of Directors until the 2024 Annual General Meeting. He will be available to the company in the same capacity beyond this date in order to continue to contribute to the strategic further development of ALSO Holding AG. |
