ADN Microsoft CSP Security Week

Konzentrierten sich Sicherheitsstrategien früher stark auf die Soft- und Hardware von Unternehmen, müssen heute längst Faktoren wie Cloud, Drittanbieter, IoT, soziale Netzwerke und vor allem der Mensch als Schwachstelle einbezogen werden.

Hinzukommt, dass laut KPMG immer mehr Unternehmen die Komplexität und Kosten ihrer Technologien reduzieren wollen. Das stellt auch Partner vor Herausforderungen, in einer regelrechten Flut an Angeboten die richtigen für die Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen ihrer Kunden zu identifizieren. ADN und Microsoft vermitteln deshalb während der ADN Microsoft CSP Security Week von 23. bis 27. Juni 2025 in insgesamt 16 Sessions das notwendige Knowhow, mit dem Partner ihre Kunden gegen Cyber-Risiken absichern können. Dabei steht während der Woche vor allem der Einsatz von KI im Zentrum – sowohl auf Angreifer- als auch Abwehrseite. Der Zugang zu den vielseitigen Sessions der Security-Woche ist kostenfrei über die Cloud Champion Plattform möglich.

Laut eines jüngsten Forschungsbeitrags des BSI, profitieren Cyberkriminelle vor allem bei der Erstellung von Phishing-Angriffen von künstlicher Intelligenz. Denn wo früher Rechtschreibfehler oder eine schlechte Übersetzung erste Anzeichen für eine Phishing-Mail waren, erstellt KI jetzt makellose Schriftstücke. Wie schnell diese zum Einfallstor für einen Hacking-Angriff werden, zeigen die Experten von AWARE7 sehr anschaulich im Auftakt zur ADN Microsoft CSP Security Week, mit ihrer Keynote „Live Hacking Show: Ein Blick in die Welt der Cyberkriminalität“ am 23.06.2025 um 10 Uhr. Während dieses Live-Hackings erleben Partner hautnah, wie Kriminelle wirklich vorgehen: Welche Sicherheitslücken werden ausgenutzt und wie suchen sich Hacker ihre Opfer aus? Innerhalb kürzester Zeit werden unterschiedliche Probleme und Sicherheitslücken aufgezeigt. Diese reichen von unsicheren Passwörtern bis hin zur Infizierung mit einem Verschlüsselungstrojaner und können sowohl technischer als auch menschlicher Natur sein. Für Partner ergibt sich so die Chance, hinter die Kulissen zu blicken und neue Ansätze für die eigenen Sicherheitsstrategien mitzunehmen.

Lars Öhl, Consultant Microsoft Identity & Security und Professional Service bei ADN, taucht in seinem Webinar „Endpunktschutz mit Microsoft Defender for Endpoint“ tief in die leistungsstarken Funktionen von Microsoft Defender ein. Dabei zeigt er ADN-Partnern, wie sie die Endpunkte ihrer Kunden umfassend schützen, indem sie die Geräteverwaltung optimieren, die Sicherheit der Endgeräte gewährleisten und Bedrohungen proaktiv erkennen. Zum Abschluss steht der Experte für eine umfassende Q&A-Session zur Verfügung.

Am Dienstag, den 24.06.2025 erfahren Partner unter anderem von Bernd Sailer, Technologie- und Lizenzberater bei der skilllocation GmbH, in der Session „Microsoft 365 E5 Security – die ideale Ergänzung für Ihre Kunden“ wie sie Unternehmen den deutlichen Mehrwert von Dienstleistungen und Sicherheitslösungen im Microsoft-Kosmos näherbringen. Von 10 bis 11 Uhr thematisiert Sailer die Herausforderungen des Upsellings von Microsoft 365 Plänen im CSP-Business. Anhand realer Kundensituationen liefert er Tipps, wie Partner ihre Kunden erfolgreich upgraden können und Security & Compliance zum Geschäftstreiber machen.

Im darauffolgenden Webinar zeigt Stephanus Schulte, Cloud Solution Architect bei der Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, wie man als „DataHero: Mit Data Governance die KI-Welt retten“ kann. Als führender Experte auf dem Gebiet der Data Governance informiert Schulte die Partner, wie sie durch eine strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Datenverwaltung nicht nur die Sicherheit und Integrität der Daten ihrer Unternehmenskunden gewährleisten, sondern auch die Effizienz und Innovationskraft von KI-Projekten steigern können. Mit inspirierenden Erfolgsgeschichten und Best Practices, hilft er Partnern, die Herausforderungen der modernen Datenwelt zu meistern und ihre Organisation zukunftssicher aufzustellen.

Mit der Session „Microsoft Security Copilot – Entdecken Sie die Zukunft der Cybersicherheit“ von 14 bis 15 Uhr schließt Ben Bachl-Tanaka, Geschäftsführer der bbtronic GmbH, den zweiten Event-Tag ab. Teilnehmer erhalten tiefe Einblicke in die Möglichkeiten des neuen Microsoft Security Copilot. CSPs, die ihren Geschäftsbereich entsprechend ausbauen wollen, können sich umfassend über Lizenzen, Preise und Voraussetzungen informieren. Am Mittwoch, den 25.06.2025 um 11 Uhr zeigt Sebastian Hoppe, Gründer, Geschäftsführer und Consultant der hybrid experts GmbH im Webinar „Ganzheitliche Sicherheit in Microsoft Azure und AVD“ anhand eines Real-Life-Szenarios mit Azure Virtual Desktop, wie die Sicherheit in der Azure Cloud auf allen Ebenen konsequent umgesetzt werden kann. Neben den verschiedenen Schichten vom Perimeter über das Netzwerk und den Host bis hin zur Applikation beleuchtet Hoppe gemeinsam mit Pascal Peters, Senior Cloud Architect bei hybrid experts, welche Produkte aus Azure und Microsoft Defender wo greifen und welche Möglichkeiten und Einschränkungen bestehen. Darüber hinaus stellt er neue Ansätze wie private Subnets (z. B. zur Einschränkung des Internetzugangs direkt vom Host) vor und vergleicht die Verwendung von 3rd-Party-Lösungen mit Azure Firewall.

Der vierte Tag startet mit dem Webinar „Next Level Cyber-Security mit Microsoft Sentinel“ von 11 bis 12 Uhr, in dem Lars Wegner, Cybersecurity Solution Architect bei Capricorn Consulting GmbH, erläutert wie ein Security Operations Center (SOC) transformiert werden kann und wie Partner mit den vielseitigen Möglichkeiten von Microsoft Sentinel ihre Cybersecurity-Strategie verbessern. Der Experte zeigt wie sich Sentinel in das eigene SOC integrieren, Bedrohungen proaktiv erkennen und automatisierte Reaktionsprozesse nutzen lassen. Darüber hinaus gibt er Einblick in die umfassenden Überwachungs- und Berichtsfunktionen von Sentinel, die Partner dabei unterstützen Compliance-Anforderungen zu erfüllen und die eigene Sicherheitsstrategie zu optimieren.

Um 14 Uhr informiert die Microsoft Cloud Tech Academy mit Katrin Kuschmierz, Account Manager Training & Services bei ADN, über „Aktuelle Möglichkeiten der Microsoft Partnerschaft mit Fokus auf Schulungen und Zertifizierungen im Bereich Security“. Das Webinar bietet Partnern einen umfassenden Überblick über die neuesten Entwicklungen im Microsoft Partnerprogramm und geht insbesondere darauf ein, wie Teilnehmer durch Spezialisierungen, relevante Zertifizierungen und praxisorientierte Schulungen ihre Expertise im Bereich Microsoft Security erweitern können.

Den Abschluss der ADN CSP Security Week gestaltet Damian Bieniek, Sales Manager Cloud- und MSP-Solutions bei ADN, am Freitag, den 27.06.2025 mit seiner Session „Einführung in Azure Arc & Extended Security Updates“. Um 14 Uhr bietet er Partnern eine umfassende Einführung in Azure Arc und dessen Vorteile. Unter anderem zeigt er den Teilnehmern, wie sie erweiterte Sicherheitsupdates einfach für eine hybride Infrastruktur bereitstellen können. Mit Azure Arc können Partner außerdem Azure-Dienste und deren Verwaltung auf beliebige Infrastrukturen erweitern, sei es lokal, in der Cloud oder am Edge.

While security strategies used to focus heavily on a company’s software and hardware, factors such as the cloud, third-party vendors, IoT, social networks and, above all, people as a vulnerability have long since had to be included.

In addition, according to KPMG, more and more companies are looking to reduce the complexity and cost of their technologies. As a result, partners are faced with the challenge of identifying the right solutions for their customers‘ needs and requirements in a flood of offerings. During the ADN Microsoft CSP Security Week from June 23-27, ADN and Microsoft will provide partners with the necessary know-how to protect their customers against cyber risks in a total of 16 sessions. The week will focus on the use of AI – both on the attacker and the defender side. Access to the various Security Week sessions is free via the Cloud Champion platform.

According to a recent BSI research paper, cybercriminals are benefiting from artificial intelligence, particularly in the creation of phishing attacks. Where spelling mistakes or poor translation used to be the first signs of a phishing email, AI now creates flawless documents. The experts from AWARE7 will demonstrate in their keynote „Live Hacking Show“ how quickly these can become the gateway for a hacking attack: A look into the world of cybercrime“ on June 23, 2025 at 10 a.m. to kick off the ADN Microsoft CSP Security Week. During this live hacking show, partners will get a first-hand look at how criminals really operate:

What vulnerabilities are being exploited and how do hackers choose their victims? In a very short time, various problems and security vulnerabilities will be highlighted. These range from insecure passwords to infection by an encryption Trojan and can be both technical and human in nature. This gives partners the opportunity to look behind the scenes and take away new approaches for their own security strategies.

Lars Öhl, Consultant Microsoft Identity & Security and Professional Service at ADN, dives deep into the powerful features of Microsoft Defender in his webinar „Endpoint Protection with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint“. He will show ADN partners how to comprehensively protect their customers‘ endpoints by streamlining device management, ensuring endpoint security, and proactively detecting threats. Finally, the expert will be available for an extensive Q&A session.

On Tuesday, June 24, partners will learn from Bernd Sailer, Technology and Licensing Consultant at skilllocation GmbH, in the session „Microsoft 365 E5 Security – the ideal addition for your customers“, how they can show companies the clear added value of services and security solutions in the Microsoft cosmos. From 10 to 11 a.m., Sailer will address the challenges of upselling Microsoft 365 plans in the CSP business. Based on real customer situations, he will provide tips on how partners can successfully upgrade their customers and turn security & compliance into a business driver.

In the following webinar, Stephanus Schulte, Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, will show how to become a „DataHero: Saving the AI world with Data Governance“. As a leading expert in the field of data governance, Schulte will inform partners how they can not only ensure the security and integrity of their corporate customers‘ data through structured and responsible data management, but also increase the efficiency and innovative power of AI projects.

With inspiring success stories and best practices, he will help partners meet the challenges of the modern data world and future-proof their business.

Ben Bachl-Tanaka, Managing Director of bbtronic GmbH, will conclude the second day of the event with the session „Microsoft Security Copilot – Discover the future of cyber security“ from 14:00 to 15:00. Attendees will gain deep insights into the capabilities of the new Microsoft Security Copilot. CSPs interested in expanding their business will receive comprehensive information on licensing, pricing and requirements.

Ben Bachl-Tanaka will provide detailed insights into the implementation and use of Security Copilot in a live demo, while partners can ask specific questions and benefit from practical experience.

On Wednesday, June 25, at 11 a.m., Sebastian Hoppe, founder, managing director and consultant at hybrid experts GmbH, will demonstrate in the webinar „Holistic Security in Microsoft Azure and AVD“ how security can be consistently implemented at all levels in the Azure cloud using a real-life scenario with Azure Virtual Desktop. In addition to the various layers from the perimeter to the network and from the host to the application, Hoppe and Pascal Peters, Senior Cloud Architect at hybrid experts, will shed light on which products from Azure and Microsoft Defender are effective where, and what opportunities and limitations exist. They will also present new approaches such as private subnets (e.g. for restricting Internet access directly from the host) and compare the use of third-party solutions with the Azure Firewall.

Day four begins with the „Next Level Cyber-Security with Microsoft Sentinel“ webinar from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Lars Wegner, Cybersecurity Solution Architect at Capricorn Consulting GmbH, will discuss how to transform a security operations center (SOC) and how partners can improve their cybersecurity strategy with the versatile capabilities of Microsoft Sentinel. He will show how Sentinel can be integrated into an organization’s SOC, how to proactively detect threats, and how to automate response processes. He will also provide insight into Sentinel’s comprehensive monitoring and reporting capabilities to help partners meet compliance requirements and optimize their own security strategy.

At 14:00, he will provide partners with a comprehensive introduction to Azure Arc and its benefits. Among other things, he will show attendees how to easily deploy extended security updates for a hybrid infrastructure. Azure Arc also enables partners to extend Azure services and management to any infrastructure, whether on-premises, in the cloud, or at the edge.
