Hütter war zuletzt als Venture Lead Diagnose & Fördern bei Cornelsen tätig, wo sie digitale Bildungslösungen entwickelte. Zuvor baute sie den Smartbroker der wallstreet:online AG auf. Bei OpenTalk will sie sich auf klare Produkt- und Marktpositionierung sowie eine Wachstumsstrategie konzentrieren.

Agathe Hütter betont die zentralen Werte von OpenTalk: Vertrauen, Transparenz und digitale Souveränität. „Diese Prinzipien sind unser Fundament. OpenTalk kann sowohl im eigenen Rechenzentrum als auch auf Servern in Deutschland betrieben werden. Most recently, Hütter worked as Venture Lead Diagnosis & Promotion at Cornelsen, where she developed digital educational solutions. Previously, she developed the smart broker at wallstreet:online AG. At OpenTalk, she plans to focus on clear product and market positioning, as well as a growth strategy.

„At a time when digital sovereignty and data protection are crucial, OpenTalk provides the basis for a secure communications infrastructure in Europe,“ Hütter explains. She plans to establish the company as an alternative to international platforms.

Her vision for OpenTalk is as follows: „My goal is to consistently expand OpenTalk’s existing potential through clear product and market positioning, focused priorities, and a scalable growth strategy. Together with the team and our partners, we will establish OpenTalk as the leading European alternative to global platforms — technologically innovative, economically viable, and socially relevant.“

Hütter emphasizes OpenTalk’s core values of trust, transparency, and digital sovereignty. „These principles are our foundation. We will continue to develop our strong, future-proof, and scalable product, taking responsibility not only technologically, but socially as well. The platform is designed for public authorities, educational institutions, and companies that prioritize GDPR compliance. OpenTalk can be operated in your own data center or on servers in Germany. OpenTalk is part of the Heinlein Group, which has been active in secure communication for around 30 years.
