Hemmingsen verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen HR und People & Culture und hat bereits bemerkenswerte Erfolge bei der Talentakquise, der Skalierung von Unternehmen und der Entwicklung von People & Culture-Strategien vorzuweisen. Sie kommt zu Logpoint, nachdem sie zwei Jahre lang als Director of People & Culture bei Liewood tätig war, einer Kinderdesign- und Lifestyle-Marke, die ein hohes Wachstum verzeichnete.

Davor war sie sechs Jahre lang bei dem von einem Gründer geführten SaaS-Unternehmen Siteimprove als Vice President of Global HR tätig. Dort hat sie das umfangreiche Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter geleitet und eine starke Kultur- und HR-Funktion von Grund auf aufgebaut, um das erhebliche Wachstum bis zum Abschluss der erfolgreichen Übernahme durch Nordic Capital zu unterstützen. Zuvor hatte sie bereits Führungs- und Beratungspositionen im Personalwesen bei PwC, Alecto-Cornerstone und Moment inne.

Hemmingsen has more than 20 years of experience in HR and people & culture, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, scaling organisations and developing people & culture strategies. She joins Logpoint after two years as Director of People & Culture at Liewood, a high growth children’s design and lifestyle brand.

Prior to that, she spent six years at the founder-led SaaS company Siteimprove as Vice President of Global HR. There she led the extensive onboarding of new employees and built a strong culture and HR function from scratch to support significant growth until the successful acquisition by Nordic Capital. She has previously held HR leadership and advisory roles at PwC, Alecto-Cornerstone and Moment.
