Rheidt rückt an die europäische Spitze

Der Wechsel an der Spitze von Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management vollzieht sich nach einer schrittweisen Vorbereitung. Rheidt, der seit März 2024 zusätzlich zu seiner Rolle bei TA Triumph-Adler als Executive Vice President des europäischen Managements tätig ist, übernimmt nun die Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens in der EMEA-Region.

Sein Vorgänger Takuya Marubayashi wechselt in eine globale Funktion innerhalb des Kyocera-Konzerns. Rheidt selbst blickt auf eine über ein Jahrzehnt gewachsene Unternehmenskarriere zurück: 2012 kam er als Chief Operating Officer zur TA Triumph-Adler GmbH, vier Jahre später übernahm er die Geschäftsführung. 2019 folgte die Berufung ins Board of Directors der Kyocera Document Solutions Europe B.V.

In seiner neuen Rolle ist Rheidt für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens in Europa, dem Nahen Osten und Afrika sowie für die Verzahnung mit der globalen Kyocera-Organisation verantwortlich. Er kündigte an, den Fokus auf Partnerschaften und Kundennähe beizubehalten.

Nick führt TA Triumph-Adler zusätzlich zu Deutschland-Aufgaben

Dietmar Nick leitet seit 2017 als CEO die Kyocera Document Solutions Deutschland GmbH und verantwortet die Geschäftsaktivitäten des Konzerns in Deutschland und Österreich. Mit dem 1. April 2026 erhält er eine erweiterte Zuständigkeit: Als neuer Geschäftsführer der TA Triumph-Adler Gruppe übernimmt er Verantwortung für Entwicklung und Strategie der gesamten TA-Organisation.

Nick ist seit dem Jahr 2000 in leitenden Vertriebspositionen tätig und bringt damit langjährige Erfahrung in der Branche mit. Der Führungswechsel soll nach Unternehmensangaben den Fokus auf Wachstum und kundenorientierte Weiterentwicklung stärken. Die Marken Kyocera, TA Triumph-Adler und UTAX sowie die bestehende Organisationsstruktur bleiben dabei erhalten.

Kontinuität als Leitprinzip

Der Doppelwechsel in der Führung folgt einem klar strukturierten Übergabeprinzip: Beide Nachfolger sind dem Unternehmen seit Jahren verbunden und kennen die jeweiligen Aufgabenbereiche aus ihrer bisherigen Arbeit. Rheidt dankte in einer ersten Stellungnahme dem TA-Team für „14 erfolgreiche Jahre“, Nick betonte seine Motivation, „den eingeschlagenen Kurs“ weiterzuführen.

Kyocera Document Solutions ist als Tochtergesellschaft des japanischen Kyocera-Konzerns in Europa auf Druck- und Dokumentenlösungen spezialisiert. TA Triumph-Adler, ebenfalls zur Kyocera-Gruppe gehörend, vertreibt unter eigenem Markennamen vergleichbare Produkte im deutschsprachigen und europäischen Markt.

Rheidt moves up to the European top

The change at the top of Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Management is taking place after a gradual preparation. Rheidt, who has been serving as Executive Vise President of European Management in addition to his role at TA Triumph-Adler since March 2024, is now taking on overall responsibility for the company’s strategic direction in the EMEA region.

His predecessor, Takuya Marubayashi, is moving to a global position within the Kyocera Group. Rheidt himself looks back on a corporate career that has grown over more than a decade: In 2012, he joined TA Triumph-Adler GmbH as Chief Operating Officer, and four years later, he took over the management. In 2019, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Kyocera Document Solutions Europe B.V.

In his new role, Rheidt is responsible for the strategic development of the company in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as for the integration with the global Kyocera organization. He announced that he would maintain the focus on partnerships and customer proximity.

Nick leads TA Triumph-Adler in addition to his responsibilities in Germany

Dietmar Nick has been leading Kyocera Document Solutions Deutschland GmbH as CEO since 2017 and is responsible for the company’s business activities in Germany and Austria. Starting April 1, 2026, he will have an expanded responsibility: As the new managing director of the TA Triumph-Adler Group, he takes on responsibility for the development and strategy of the entire TA organization.

Nick has been working in senior sales positions since the year 2000, bringing with him many years of experience in the industry. According to the company’s statements, the change in leadership is intended to strengthen the focus on growth and customer-oriented development. The brands Kyocera, TA Triumph-Adler, and UTAX, as well as the existing organizational structure, will remain intact.

Continuity as a guiding principle

The dual leadership change follows a clearly structured handover principle: Both successors have been connected to the company for years and know their respective areas of responsibility from their previous work. In an initial statement, Rheidt thanked the TA team for „14 successful years,“ while Nick emphasized his motivation to „continue on the chosen path.“

Kyocera Document Solutions, as a subsidiary of the Japanese Kyocera Group, specializes in printing and document solutions in Europe. TA Triumph-Adler, also part of the Kyocera Group, sells comparable products under its own brand name in the German-speaking and European markets.
