GTIA DACH Community Meeting Berlin

Nach der offiziellen Begrüßung durch Norbert Neudeck, GTIA (Mailstore) werden Ghazal Aakel und Eric Jochum von Metafinanz eine Keynote zum Fokusthema Green IT halten. Sie zeigen auf, dass Nachhaltigkeit zum strategischen Imperativ wird. Dafür stellen sie ein Reifegradmodell vor, das Unternehmen hilft, ihre IT nachhaltig zu gestalten. Die vier Dimensionen des Modells – Technik, Soziales, Umwelt und Paradigmenwechsel – zeigen, wie ökologische Verantwortung und wirtschaftliche Effizienz Hand in Hand gehen.

Mitarbeiterführung neu gedacht: Vertrauen statt Kontrolle

Kristin Dethlof von UBEGA GmbH beleuchtet, wie Eigenverantwortung in Teams gefördert werden kann. Ihr Vortrag zeigt praxisnah, wie Führungskräfte eine Kultur schaffen, in der Mitarbeitende motiviert, selbstständig und zukunftsorientiert agieren.

Cybersicherheit als Gemeinschaftsaufgabe

Die GTIA plant außerdem, auf dem Treffen in Berlin eine Cybersecurity Interest Group aus der Taufe zu heben. Dort können alle, die an aktuellen Trends und Erkenntnissen aus diesem Bereich interessiert sind, an Initiativen teilnehmen, ihr Wissen teilen und zusammenarbeiten, um gemeinsam an der Lösung geschäftlicher Probleme zu arbeiten. Jürgen Ebner (ICTE) und Hena Kless (LastPass) diskutieren aktuelle Bedrohungen und Lösungsansätze. Die Session bietet Raum für Austausch über Best Practices und neue Strategien zur Absicherung digitaler Infrastrukturen.

MSP-Wachstum und Leadership

Im Business Genius Café teilen Branchenexperten wie Songül Mokhtar (Sophos) und der Chair der deutschsprachigen GTIA-Community Otto Schobert (Thefi.com) ihre Erfahrungen zur Skalierung von MSPs und zur Entwicklung effektiver Leadership-Strategien. Der Berater und anerkannte Experte für MSP-Themen Olaf Kaiser (Kaiser Consulting GmbH) gibt im letzten großen Vortrag konkrete Tipps zur erfolgreichen Integration von Key Account Managern im Vertrieb.

Vielfalt, KI und Networking

Beiträge von Women in Tech e.V. und Tech & Teach gGmbH konzentrieren sich auf die Themen Vielfalt und Chancengleichheit in der Tech-Branche. Annabelle Atchison (IONOS) zeigt, wie KI bereits heute das Marketing transformiert. Interaktive Formate wie das World Café und Business Bingo runden das Angebot ab und laden zum persönlichen Austausch ein.

Daneben bieten die Pausen zwischen den Vorträgen, aber auch das abschließende Networking Dinner reichlich Raum für Gespräche unter den Teilnehmern zum Wissensaustausch auf Augenhöhe. Eingeladen zu der kostenfreien Veranstaltung sind alle GTIA-Mitglieder und Interessierten.

They will show that sustainability is becoming a strategic imperative. To this end, they will present a maturity model that helps companies make their IT sustainable. The four dimensions of the model—technology, social issues, the environment, and paradigm shifts—show how ecological responsibility and economic efficiency go hand in hand.

A new approach to employee management: trust instead of control

Kristin Dethlof from UBEGA GmbH will highlight how personal responsibility can be promoted in teams. Her presentation will show in a practical way how managers can create a culture in which employees are motivated, independent, and future-oriented.

Cybersecurity as a joint task

The GTIA also plans to launch a Cybersecurity Interest Group at the meeting in Berlin. Anyone interested in current trends and insights in this area can participate in initiatives, share their knowledge, and work together to solve business problems. Jürgen Ebner (ICTE) and Hena Kless (LastPass) discuss current threats and possible solutions. The session provides a forum for exchanging best practices and new strategies for securing digital infrastructures.

MSP growth and leadership

At the Business Genius Café, industry experts such as Songül Mokhtar (Sophos) and Otto Schobert (Thefi.com), chair of the German-speaking GTIA community, share their experiences on scaling MSPs and developing effective leadership strategies. In the final keynote presentation, consultant and recognized expert on MSP topics Olaf Kaiser (Kaiser Consulting GmbH) will provide specific tips on successfully integrating key account managers into sales.

Diversity, AI, and networking

Contributions from Women in Tech e.V. and Tech & Teach gGmbH focus on the topics of diversity and equal opportunities in the tech industry. Annabelle Atchison (IONOS) shows how AI is already transforming marketing today. Interactive formats such as the World Café and Business Bingo round off the program and invite participants to engage in personal exchanges.

In addition, the breaks between presentations and the concluding networking dinner provide ample opportunity for participants to engage in discussions and exchange knowledge on an equal footing. All GTIA members and interested parties are invited to attend this free event.
