• Wolfgang Krainz leitet als CEO das Management-Team der Gruppe und wird neben der Weiterführung der strategischen Frameworks das in Deutschland eingeführte Vertriebsmonitoring in alle Regionen einbringen.
• Andreas Kuhn als CFO wird neben seiner Leitung des Finanzbereichs die erfolgreiche Net Working Capital-Steuerung zur weiteren Optimierung des ROCE fortführen.
• Thomas Meyerhans wird als COO das bereits bewährte Effizienzsteigerungs-Programm künftig insbesondere in den Bereichen HR und Logistik auch durch den verstärkten Einsatz von AI weiter vorantreiben.
• Jan Bogdanovich hat den ALSO Cloud Marketplace mit grossem Erfolg vorangetrieben und konzentriert sich künftig als CTO auf den beschleunigten Ausbau der weiteren innovativen digitalen Plattformen (AI, Cybersecurity, IoT, Gaming, etc.).

Durch diese Anpassung sollen Abläufe optimiert und Entscheidungen beschleunigt werden. Das soll gewährleisten, dass die Konzernleitung die Corporate Steuerung effizient wahrnimmt und die Landesgesellschaften schneller und flexibel auf Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse reagieren können.

• Wolfgang Krainz will lead the group’s management team as CEO. In addition to maintaining the strategic frameworks, he will implement the sales monitoring system introduced in Germany across all regions.
• Andreas Kuhn, as CFO, will continue his successful working capital management to optimize ROCE, in addition to managing the finance department.
• As COO, Thomas Meyerhans will continue to advance the proven efficiency improvement program, particularly in HR and logistics, by increasing the use of AI.
• Jan Bogdanovich has been instrumental in driving the success of the ALSO Cloud Marketplace. As CTO, he will now focus on accelerating the expansion of other innovative digital platforms, including AI, cybersecurity, IoT, and gaming.

This adjustment is intended to optimize processes and speed up decision-making. The goal is to enable Group management to efficiently perform its corporate management functions and allow the national subsidiaries to respond more quickly and flexibly to market and customer needs.
